Conference Registration Fees

Most I2SL members receive a $200 discount off their conference registration. This discount is not applicable to one-day registrations or the discounted exhibitor registrations. Government, university, and nonprofit employees receive a $100 discount off the already reduced rate. Full-time student members receive a $50 discount. Members of Sustainable Labs Canada can also register at the I2SL member rate; contact info@i2sl.org for a promotional code before you register!

What's Included With Your Conference Registration

General Registration

(All registrations except one-day registrations and Technology and Services Fair-only admission)

Light breakfast and morning and afternoon refreshments each day of the event.
Lunch on Monday and Tuesday (and Wednesday if a closing reception is scheduled).
Admission to all conference sessions, including the Opening Plenary Session, breakfast roundtables, technical sessions, and Awards ceremony.
Admission to the Technology and Services Fair and Welcoming Reception in the Exhibit Hall.

One-Day Registration

One-day registrants are entitled to the general registration benefits listed above, but only those that apply to the day for which they've registered.

What's Not Included With Conference Registration

Travel and hotel accommodations
Meals (other than those specified above)
Pre-conference workshops
Tour at a local lab facility

Once you have registered for the conference, complete the optional events registration for pre-conference workshops or Tuesday evening tour.

How to Register Using a Discounted Rate

Speakers will receive registration instructions in their abstract acceptance email.

Exhibitors will receive instructions for registering their booth staff.

I2SL members will enter their member username and password during the registration process. I2SL group members will enter their organization’s username and password.

If you have forgotten your username or password, there are buttons to retrieve and/or reset your password on the registration form.

Technology and Services Fair Admission

Admission to the Technology and Services Fair is free* and includes access to the Exhibit Hall during the following times:

7:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. on Monday, September 30
7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Tuesday, October 1
7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 2

*Does not include refreshments or lunch served in the exhibit hall.

Cancellation Policy

You may transfer your registration to another person at any time before the conference by notifying I2SL.
Alternatively, you may request a conference registration fee refund through Friday, September 6, 2024. If you cancel your registration after this date, you must either transfer your registration to another person or forfeit your registration fee.
